Victoria Park Chiropractic is excited to offer beginners level courses of Yoga in a fun, non-judgemental and safe environment. Our classes have a maximum of 8 participants to allow everyone to grow and develop under the teachers full attention.

Join us for a gentle and restorative yoga practice, suitable for all ages and levels including beginners and pregnant women.

Small group yoga in a safe, non-judgemental environment which focuses on breath, body and mind connection. Each practice will start with a short centering and breathing exercise, followed by 45 minutes of yoga postures to relax and open the body, and improve flexibility. Ending with a short relaxation to leave you feeling peaceful for the rest of the week.
