Victoria Park Chiropractic is excited to offer beginners level courses of Yoga in a fun, non-judgemental and safe environment. Our classes have a maximum of 8 participants to allow everyone to grow and develop under the teachers full attention. 

Join us for a gentle and restorative yoga practice, suitable for all ages and levels including beginners and pregnant women.

Small groups of yoga in a safe environment, which focuses on breath, body and mind connection. Each practice will start with a centering and breathing exercise, followed by 45 minutes of yoga postures to relax and open the body, and improve flexibility. Ending with a short relaxation to leave you feeling peaceful for the rest of the week.

Led by Jessica who is very passionate about using yoga to bring your body back to its natural state of peace and calm. She is trained in various styles of yoga, including pre and post natal, and loves teaching gentle flowing styles, balanced yin and yang and deeply restorative yin.
